Selective Vegetation Management for Industrial Sites

In some industrial situations it is desirable to maintain low growing grass species for aesthetic reasons or to control erosion. These are generally low maintenance areas that are cut infrequently and they can be vulnerable to infestation by tall growing broadleaved and brushwood species.

A simple cost effective selective programme can be implemented to keep these areas broadleaf free, so that cutting regimes do not need to be increased.

A more robust selective programme would need to be implemented to provide brushwood control but modern chemistry has given us the tools to managed even tough undesirable broad leaved species whilst leaving grass species unharmed.
